Mission Statement 💜

Annie Mae’s WOC Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of domestic violence, honoring the lives of those we have lost, and breaking the silence surrounding abuse.

We are committed to changing the narrative—reminding the world that abuse is never the victim’s fault and that love shouldn’t hurt. Through awareness, advocacy, and transformative healing experiences, we provide survivors with the support, resources, and safe spaces they need to rebuild their lives with strength, dignity, and hope.
Our mission is to create opportunities for healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—through initiatives such as our annual healing retreat, while also working toward long-term solutions like transitional housing and community remembrance efforts.

We stand for the voices that have been silenced, the survivors who are still fighting, and the lives that deserve to be celebrated.

Because there is no excuse for abuse—and every life matters.💜
